1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that visited websites send to the user’s device, where they are stored and sent back to the same sites on the next visit. They may be “technical” (necessary for the site to work) or “profiling” cookies (intended to track the user and send advertising messages aligned with their preferences).
2. Cookies used by this site
This site uses only technical cookies, which are necessary for the proper operation of pages and contact forms. Prior user consent is not required for these cookies.
| Cookie | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Application session cookie | Technical, first party | Maintains session state and allows forms to be submitted correctly. The name may vary depending on application configuration. | Session or duration configured by the application |
| CSRF / XSRF token | Technical, first party | Protects form submission from unauthorized requests and cross-site request forgery attacks. | Session |
| Language preference, if set | Technical, first party | Remembers the language chosen by the user to show pages in the correct locale. | Session or duration configured by the application |
3. Local resources and third parties
Fonts, stylesheets, and front-end libraries are loaded from local theme resources. The pages do not load Google Fonts, external CDNs, analytics tools, or marketing pixels.
4. Profiling and analytics cookies
At present, the site does not use profiling cookies, marketing cookies, or statistical analysis tools for tracking purposes. As long as the site uses only technical cookies, no consent banner is shown. If tools such as analytics, advertising pixels, or non-technical third-party cookies are introduced in the future, this policy must be updated and a consent mechanism compliant with applicable law must be implemented.
5. Managing cookies from the browser
Users can manage or disable cookies through their browser settings. Disabling technical cookies may compromise the proper operation of some site functions (e.g. form submission). Instructions are available on the support pages of the main browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
6. Controller and contacts
Data Controller: info@procibaria.com. For more information on personal data processing, see the Privacy.
This document must be completed with the Controller’s details and validated before publication. If analytics, marketing, or non-technical third-party tools are added, the policy and consent experience must be updated.
